AI-Assisted Product UX & UI Design

Explore faster. Design for the people using it.

Use AI-assisted exploration to turn a rough idea into testable flows and prototypes. Ground design decisions in real requirements, usability feedback and accessible interactions.

  • Critical-path workflow, start to finish
  • Empty, loading, and error states designed
  • Roles reflected in the interface
AI IN THE WORKFLOW

A complicated task becomes a clear, testable flow.

An example of what we can scope with your team. The tools and automation boundaries follow your workflow.

  1. Explore the options

Draft flow and layout alternatives around the user task.

  2. Make the states explicit

Design loading, empty, error and AI uncertainty states.

  3. Validate with people

Use feedback and accessibility checks to refine the design.

What you take away

A tested prototype direction and implementation-ready design states.

Depending on fit: Figma · interactive prototypes · accessibility checks

What we build

Product UX Services

Design work for products people use to get a job done: the critical-path workflow, clear roles, visible status, and every state the interface has to handle.

  • 01

    Decision and handoff mapping

Map who does the work, what context they need, where decisions happen, and where the current interface creates delays or mistakes.

  • 02

    Role-based operating surfaces

Structure dashboards, forms, tables, permissions, and navigation around the actual job each user needs to complete.

  • 03

    High-frequency control screens

Design the screens operators use every day: queues, reviews, approvals, exception handling, reporting, and configuration.

  • 04

    Test the workflow before build

Use clickable prototypes to validate the flow, reduce ambiguous requirements, and hand engineers a build-ready interface model.

Stack & practice

UX Delivery Methods

We use design tools only where they clarify the system: workflow maps, prototypes, design systems, accessibility checks, and engineering-ready specs.

Book UX Review
  • 01

    Workflow Mapping

User roles, decisions, handoffs, permissions, and operational states documented before interface work starts.

  • 02

    Role and Task Models

Screens organized around what each role must review, approve, update, escalate, or report.

  • 03

    Design System Alignment

Reusable components, interaction patterns, and states that keep the interface consistent as the platform grows.

  • 04

    Accessibility Checks

Readable hierarchy, keyboard access, touch targets, form labels, and contrast validated before implementation.

  • 05

    Prototype Validation

Clickable workflows used to catch missing states, unclear copy, and unnecessary steps before engineering time is spent.

  • 06

    Developer-Ready Specs

States, edge cases, responsive behavior, and interaction details prepared so the build phase has fewer open questions.

Core features

Design Controls

Every interface decision should make the system easier to operate, safer to use, and faster to adopt.

  • 01

    Decision Clarity

Users can see what needs attention, why it matters, and what action should happen next.

  • 02

    Error Prevention

Forms, confirmations, validation states, and guardrails reduce mistakes before they reach the workflow.

  • 03

    Status Visibility

Queues, progress states, ownership, and exceptions stay visible instead of hiding inside messages or spreadsheets.

  • 04

    Fast Data Entry

Layouts prioritize the fields, defaults, bulk actions, and shortcuts that high-frequency users need.

  • 05

    Role-Based Navigation

Each user sees the surfaces that match their responsibility instead of navigating a generic product menu.

  • 06

    Accessibility and Readability

Contrast, typography, spacing, labels, and touch targets support real use on desktop and mobile.

How we deliver

UX Workflow

The design process starts with the operational workflow, then turns it into a buildable interface model.

  1. 01

    Workflow Discovery

Identify the users, states, decisions, handoffs, exceptions, and data needed to complete the job.

  2. 02

    Information Architecture

Define the navigation, screen model, table structure, form flow, and role-based access patterns.

  3. 03

    Prototype and Test

Validate the main workflow with clickable prototypes before implementation decisions are locked.

  4. 04

    System Design

Design the interface states, components, responsive behavior, edge cases, and accessibility requirements.

  5. 05

    Handoff and QA

Support implementation with specs, state checks, copy review, and QA against the intended workflow.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Scope, delivery and what happens next. The details that help you decide.

Can we hire you for design without development?

Yes. Research, flow improvement, prototypes and design handoff can be scoped independently. An MVP build is optional.

What will the design handoff contain?

We agree the flows, screens, responsive behaviour, components and interaction states needed by the build team. Editable files and annotations make the intended behaviour explicit.

Who recruits users for research?

We agree who supplies access to participants and how recruitment, incentives and scheduling are handled. Testing is limited to the methods and sessions included in scope.

How many revisions are included?

Review checkpoints and revision boundaries are written into the proposal. A changed user journey or new feature is assessed separately from refinement of an agreed design.

Do you check accessibility?

We include agreed checks such as contrast, keyboard interaction, focus and understandable states. A formal accessibility audit or certification is a separate defined scope.

Can our developers implement the designs?

Yes. The handoff is designed for your implementation team. Design QA during development can be added to check that the shipped behaviour matches the agreed design.

How is AI used in design?

AI can help explore variants or organise research notes when data permissions allow. Designers review the work, and user evidence guides decisions; generated screens are not a substitute for validation.
